Kesha H. Dozier

Co-CHair

As a resolute community leader and seasoned healthcare and business strategist, I bring to board service a combination of governance experience, analytics-driven decision-making, and mission-focused leadership. I currently serve on the Board of the Helene Foundation, supporting families of mothers undergoing cancer treatment through strategic oversight, financial stewardship, and measurable community impact.

My board and leadership involvement with Shop Local Raleigh and the Greater Raleigh Merchants Association reflects a commitment to economic development, small business advocacy, and sustainable organizational growth. Serving in these roles, I contribute to goals of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, governance and long-term viability for the organization.

I am particularly interested in contributing to the Parker-Jenick Foundation through service relating to fundraising, foundational community development and strategic planning where my experience in compliance, fundraising partnerships, performance metrics, and organizational leadership can help advance efforts to address homeless inequalities, strengthen foundation impact, and support families toward stability and dignity during their most difficult times. If chosen to join your foundation’s leadership, I stand ready to assist with any board initiatives and endeavors as needed.
